Reproductive health disorders in middle-aged and older adult males
Older men's health
This active learning module (ALM) aims to provide knowledge, skills and communication strategies to assist GPs to appropriately diagnose and effectively treat a range of reproductive health disorders affecting middle-aged and older men. The ALM provides education to enable GPs to recognise that some male reproductive health disorders are under diagnosed and most can be managed in the primary health care setting. The ALM also provides communication strategies for GPs to confidently engage middle-aged and older men in discussions about sexual and reproductive health, management options appropriate for the primary care setting and indicators for specialist referral as part of a multidisciplinary team approach.
GPs who complete all case studies in one ALM will receive a complimentary Andrology Australia orchidometer.
(Note: Only one orchidometer per person - restricted to Australian residents only)
